Nontuberculous Mycobacteria (NTM) Symptoms

Nontuberculous Mycobacteria and Tuberculosis both affect the lungs and the symptoms can often times be very similar.

NTM symptoms include:

• Fever
• Weight loss
• Cough
• Lack of appetite
• Night sweats
• Blood in the sputum
• Loss of energy
